Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to SEO services provided by SEO Kenya Limited, Lotus Plaza, Second Floor, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. By booking a package or accepting a quote you agree to them. A signed proposal or quote takes priority where it says something different.

Packages and Quotes

Our fixed SEO packages are Starter (KSh 35,000 a month), Growth (KSh 80,000 a month) and Enterprise (from KSh 150,000 a month). Every other service, including one-off projects and custom work, is quoted on request after you send us your details. A quote is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise.

Minimum Term

Monthly packages have a minimum commitment of 3 months, because rankings build over several months. After the minimum term the package continues month to month until either side gives notice.

Payment

Prices are in Kenya Shillings. Monthly packages are invoiced in advance and paid by M-Pesa or bank transfer. Any taxes that apply are shown on the invoice. New projects may require a deposit before work starts; the amount is stated in the quote. Work may pause if an invoice is more than 14 days overdue.

What We Deliver

Each engagement starts with a website audit and a written plan. We then carry out the agreed monthly work and send a monthly report on rankings, traffic and enquiries. The scope of each package or quote is listed in the proposal.

Results

Search rankings depend on Google and on competitors, so we do not guarantee a specific position or traffic figure. We commit to doing the agreed work to a professional standard and reporting on it honestly.

Your Responsibilities

You give us the website, analytics and Search Console access we need, approve content in good time and confirm that material you supply does not infringe anyone's rights.

Cancellation

After the minimum term either side can end a monthly package with 30 days' written notice. Work already done and invoiced remains payable.

Ownership

Content and code we create for your website become yours once the related invoices are paid. Our own tools, templates and methods remain ours.

Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.
