Compensation & Terms: The role begins with a 2-month paid training/probationary period at KES 15,000 per month, increasing to KES 20,000 per month for Months 3 through 12 upon meeting baseline evaluation benchmarks. Portfolio Managers are also eligible for an annual 5% team profit-sharing pool based on top system performances. Candidates must bring their own functional personal laptop (BYOD policy) and consistently achieve weekly lead-generation and publishing KPIs.

  • Must possess and bring a functional personal laptop for daily office use (Bring Your Own Device - BYOD policy).
  • Ability to commit to a hybrid work model requiring four (4) days in-office per week (Monday and Friday mandatory) at our Westlands, Nairobi workstation (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
